Undergraduate Prizes in Applied Mathematics Awarded

At this year's send-off party for graduating applied math majors, undergraduate prizes in applied mathematics were awarded. The 2015 recipients were Brandon Staunton (double major in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science) and Andrew Rowberg (triple major in Applied Mathematics, Materials Science and German). Congratulations for this well-deserved recognition! As in previous years, graduating seniors also shared their Northwestern experiences and career plans with the more junior applied math majors. Next steps for this year’s graduates include: research in Germany on a Fulbright fellowship, financial sector consulting, and software development in the healthcare industry. Best wishes to all of our graduates for a successful future.
