Anthony graduated with Honors from the University of California Santa Barbara in June 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics and Statistics. His undergraduate studies featured a diverse curriculum made up of courses from the fields of Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, and Finance. Anthony quickly found himself becoming fascinated with data science, as it sits at the intersection of all those fields. Anthony built a solid foundation in data analytics and statistical learning through a combination of relevant coursework and academic experiences. He took part in multiple data science projects across diverse fields such as Cyber Security and Political Science; through these academic experiences, Anthony got exposed to many widely used data analytics techniques, as well as honed his skills in machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and others. Anthony is excited to be joining the MSiA* program at Northwestern University and is thrilled to dive deeper into the fields of data science and analytics with comprehensive coursework and exciting industry collaboration projects. Anthony is also eager to contribute to the cohort with his unique interdisciplinary background.
