Q: What can I do on the new website?

You can post any openings your lab has for undergraduate research, including 399 projects, paid research, work-study projects, and volunteer opportunities. You can search through current student resumes, to see which student(s) may be a good match for your lab.

Q: How do I post an available job to the website?

Login using your usual Northwestern NetID and choose the option Post a new job

Q: How do I edit (including deleting) a job I have posted to the website?

Login using your usual Northwestern NetID and choose the option Manage existing job postings

Q: How do I allow someone else in my lab (e.g., a post-doc) to post a job to the website?

You may want to allow senior members of your lab to post jobs or choose undergraduate students to work in the lab. Please use this option sparingly, and do not provide your lab's login name or password to undergraduates or to junior graduate students.

  1. Login using your usual Northwestern NetID
  2. Choose the option Authorize someone to post jobs and browse and follow subsequent instructions
