Visiting McCormick
The McCormick School of Engineering is located on the Evanston, Illinois campus of Northwestern University.
Every business day at 3:30 PM, there is an information session for prospective McCormick students. This information session is an opportunity for you to sit down with a member of the McCormick Dean's Staff and ask questions about life as an engineering student. Interested prospective students and their families should gather at the Undergraduate Engineering Office, L268, on the second floor of the Technological Institute (TECH), 2145 Sheridan Road. The main entrance is located near the corner of Noyes Street and Sheridan Road.
No reservations are required - feel free to just show up at our office. Due to major events, we are unable to host our session on the Friday of University Commencement (June 15, 2007). We are unable to provide any information sessions on Saturdays or Sundays.
This session meshes well with the activities that the Office of Undergraduate Admission has for prospective students. We encourage you to start your campus visit at that office, located at 1801 Hinman Avenue. The Admission Office web site has a direct link for visitors for more detailed information.
