PROJ_MGT 415: Asset Management and Strategic Planning

Description

Behind every major real estate investment is an Asset Manager, whose primary responsibility is to thoughtfully plan and effectively guide decision making to create and enhance asset value. This course will examine the full arc of an asset's life cycle, from acquisition to disposition, and it will explore the Asset Manager's role in protecting an owner's investment, creating value, and optimizing returns.

Prerequisite: Registration in PROJ_MGT415 requires the satisfactory completion of PROJ_MGT413 and PROJ_MGT414
