PROJ_MGT 413: Transaction Management and Risk Mitigation

Description

Every real estate project has inherent transaction-related risks that must be mitigated to conserve capital and safeguard the investment, and this is often the determining factor in a project's success or failure. This course explores the marketing and deal-making side of the business at the executive level and examines the concept of risk in transactions and how effective leaders minimize its impact.

Prerequisite: Registration in PROJ_MGT413 requires the satisfactory completion of PROJ_MGT411 and PROJ_MGT412
