McCormick Faculty Experts Discuss the Minneapolis Bridge Disaster

Faculty in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering have been in high demand as people around the world try to learn more about what could have caused the Minneapolis bridge disaster and how to prevent future bridge collapses.

Zdenek Bazant, McCormick School Professor and Walter P. Murphy Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Edwin Rossow, professor emeritus of civil and environmental engineering, Joseph Schofer, professor of civil and environmental engineering and associate dean for faculty affairs, and David Schulz, director of the Infrastructure Technology Institute and adjunct professor of civil and environmental engineering, have been featured in a wide range of media outlets.
