Career Day for Girls 2012

The CEE Department opened their lab to visitor during the 2012 Career Day for Girls in February. The girls from junior high and high schools visited the Department to able to make some cement figures, look at a river tour lab, and study a 3000 year old sediment recovered from a lake in Iceland. This annual McCormick’s Career Day for Girls was organized by the Northwestern University Society of Women Engineers.
