Open Rank Faculty Position

The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Northwestern University (http://www.chbe.northwestern.edu) invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position.  Candidates should have a Ph.D. in chemical engineering or related discipline, demonstrated excellence in research, and a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Outstanding candidates in all research areas will be considered. Candidates who can leverage Northwestern’s strength in catalysis and materials research are particularly encouraged to apply, especially experimental research related to the broad area of molecular and nanoscale engineering and manufacturing, with an emphasis on energy and sustainability. Duties include teaching and research. Rank and salary are negotiable.
