Tuition and BENEFITS

For the 2017-2018 academic year the Master of Science in Biotechnology full-time tuition is set at $15,908 per quarter, and the program requires five quarters of full-time enrollment. Additional expenses may include housing, health insurance, books, and transportation.

The tuition enables the MBP to provide exceptional education and development opportunities to MBP students, which include:

  • Hands-on experience with sophisticated industry equipment
  • Travel grants of up to $2,000 to attend conferences, professional development events, and organized site visits of US biotech companies
  • Guest speakers, coaches, and tutors on technical topics, including bioprocessing, molecular biology, and cell biology
  • Seminars and workshops with experienced professionals in technology commercialization, regulatory science, team building, responsible conduct of research, writing, and professional development
  • Access to popular electives from other departments, including Kellogg School of Management

All admitted domestic students are eligible for merit-based scholarships of up to $25,000 total, paid in five equal installments. Students may also offset tuition costs with a paid industrial internship.
