Dustin Fontaine

Photo of Dustin Fontaine

Dustin graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering. In addition to his coursework in operations research, statistics, and programming, Dustin served as President of UF’s student chapter of INFORMS (Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences) his senior year.

Through internships, Dustin was able to explore a wide variety of industries and geographic locations during his undergraduate years. His broad experiences at Lockheed Martin, The Home Depot, Campbell Soup Company, and Crowley Maritime showed him how valuable data could be when put to good use.

Excited by the increasingly complex data challenges faced by industry, Dustin was driven to purse the MSiA at Northwestern to immerse himself in the tools and techniques of data science. He is looking forward to working with and learning from the diverse cohort of students while tackling the practicum and capstone projects.
