Alan has been working in IT at Northwestern since 1989. He was appointed as Senior IT Director at McCormick in 2001. He previously worked for the University Enrollment managing systems and support for undergraduate admissions, financial aid and the registrar's office. Prior to that he worked in the Controller's Office as a programmer/analyst. He has expertise in database management systems, software development, market research and statistics, and network management. He has a PhD from Northwestern in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Alan also teaches in Northwestern's Information Technology program.

Mike joined the McCormick Computing Support team in 2001, hired as the Engineering First® Lab Administrator his primary responsibility is to take care of the student computer labs. There are a total of 8 locations consisting of close to 90 workstations (Windows and Macs), 4 printers, 2 scanners and 5 projectors. The Engineering First® program is an innovative first-year curriculum for McCormick undergraduates. The program gives Northwestern engineering students the fundamentals of a successful engineering education, and lets them experience more real engineering early in their undergraduate careers. Additionally Mike is the backup support person for the McCormick help desk, his knowledge of the NUNet software package as well as the iPhone/iPad and iOS operating systems has helped him to work with McCormick's Administration to solve many of their computing problems. Being a team player he spent time on the board of the McCormick Staff Strategy Steering Committee. In this group he continued their goal of empowering the McCormick staff and Making McCormick ... "the place to work."

Daniel leads the web development group at McCormick IT. He has been working on various web-based system developments such as the McCormick Annual Report, McCormick Financial Information Tracking System (McFITS), and Graduate Admissions Tracking System (GATS) for McCormick and other schools. He has been working at Northwestern University since 2003. Before joining Northwestern, he worked at Samsung SDS in Korea. He has expertise in database modeling, SQL design/performance tuning, Data warehousing, and System Integration development in full life cyle. He is an advanced tennis player (USTA 4.0).
